I have not received my package yet…

We are so sorry you have not received your package yet! It may be stuck in customs and take some time to reach
you as there are many delays during this time. If your package is stuck for more than 3 months, please contact us.

If your order is marked as received but you did not get it please reach out to your local post office beforehand to
see if they have more information. You can also check with your neighbors incase it was misplaced.
If there is no progress please contact me and we will be happy to assist you.


Customs and Import duties?

International orders may have customs or import duties / taxes applied upon arrival - we are not responsible for these extra costs and/or delays.
If you are unsure, you can contact your local post office for more information.
Please be aware of this before placing an order.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We currently do not accept any returns and / or exchanges unless we sent the wrong products.
If you have any questions regarding your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package
and we will be more than happy to assist you.
We will gladly accept cancellations but only if the order is cancelled within 1 hour prior after time of purchase.


My country is not on the list at check out…

Please leave a message stating your country and we will double check with the postal office before adding it to the check out list :)
Thai postal services does not link to this website so all weights must be added in manually.

Returned mail

Any mail returned to the sender due to shipping issues (e.g wrong address, unclaimed, customs).
Buyer must be responsible for the re-shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order we can refund you for only the goods deducted by the shipping cost and an additional small processing fee as well.
